Community Spotlight Requirements

  • Nominees must live in, do business in, or serve the residents of Lake Elmo.
  • Organizations that serve Lake Elmo must be a 501(c)(3) status and have a history of directly serving residents for 3+ years.
  • Self-nominations are not allowed.
  • Once the article is written using the information from the form and a follow-up interview as necessary, we will forward the copy to the nominee to finalize the spotlight.

Q: Will I be able to see previous spotlights? A: Yes! We will highlight the current and previous month's nominees above with photos. The previous submissions will show up below in a list by year/season.
