The Story Behind Connect Lake Elmo

Connect Lake Elmo was created to bring residents, businesses, and non-profits closer together through community events and local engagement. What began as community conversations in 2021 became a dedicated non-profit in 2022, supported by the City of Lake Elmo and the  Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce. Its visual identity, created in partnership with Stillwater Area High School graphic design students, reflects the organization’s mission to connect longtime residents, newcomers, businesses, and community organizations.

We would like to thank the City of Lake Elmo, the Lake Elmo City Council, the Lake Elmo Fire Department, the Washington County Sheriff's Department, and the Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce for their continued partnership and support.

A special thank you to the Lake Elmo Rotary Club, Lake Elmo Bank, and Sally Manzara Interpretive Nature Center for their generous financial contributions during the initial formation of Connect Lake Elmo. Your support helped make this organization possible.
