Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Light Up Lake Elmo! Listed below are the details about each volunteer position hosting the event on December 7th!

As a back-up, these volunteers will help with last-minute preparation for the event. If the volunteers are not needed, we will notify you via email by 10:00 am.
These short volunteer spots will help the event team provide a magical and safe experience for the community. Please meet at the old Fire Hall (see map for location in downtown Lake Elmo) for instructions and any supplies needed for your role. We will provide reflective vests and volunteer badges.
Answer questions about the event timeline (we will give you a printed map and FAQs). Provide support to the Sheriff and Public Works team for watching crosswalks. Other general support as needed.
Take photos of the event and upload them to Google Drive afterward (link will be emailed to you). Seek parent/guardian permission to use close-up pictures of individuals/small groups on the website and social media.
